The part 20477521 is a normally-closed pneumatic valve repair kit for 90 000 psi (6 200 bar) intensifier dump valves, containing all internal seals, backup rings, valve stem, and seat needed to rebuild the on/off valve actuator without a full assembly replacement.

Installation & Maintenance
Depressurize: Fully isolate hydraulic and pneumatic supplies; relieve all pressure.
Remove Valve: Unscrew the dump valve from the intensifier manifold; disconnect air lines.
Disassemble: Remove old seals, backup rings, seat, and stem. Inspect bore and components for wear.
Rebuild: Install new kit components in correct sequence: O-rings → backup rings → seat → stem → bearing disk.
Reassemble & Test: Reinstall valve, reconnect air, cycle at low pressure to check for leaks, then ramp to full 90 K psi and verify proper operation
