Installation & Maintenance
Depressurize System: Fully isolate and relieve hydraulic and pneumatic pressures.
Remove Valve: Unscrew the dump valve assembly from the intensifier manifold and disconnect air lines.
Disassemble: Extract old seals, backup rings, seat, and stem. Inspect valve body for scoring or damage.
Clean & Prepare: DeGrease components and actuator bore; verify tolerances per service manual.
Install New Kit: Lubricate O-rings with hydraulic oil, seat backup rings, install valve seat and stem, then press in bearing disk.
Reassemble & Test: Reinstall valve, reconnect air supply, cycle at low pressure to check for leaks, then ramp to full UHP to confirm functionality
