The OMAX part 303547 is a 36-inch coiled nipple (Tilt-A-Jet coil) constructed from 316 stainless sTeel tubing (¼″ OD × 0.083″ ID) and rated for 60 000 psi (4 100 bar) service in Tilt-A-Jet cutting-head assemblies on OMAX 2626, 2652, and 55100 machines.

Installation & Maintenance
Depressurize System: Isolate and relieve both water and abrasive pressures.
Remove Old Coil: Unscrew fittings on each end of the existing 36″ coil in the Tilt-A-Jet assembly
Inspect & Flush: Clean manifold ports and flush lines to remove residual garnet or debris.
Install New Coil: Thread 303547 into inlet and outlet ports by hand, then torque to 15–20 ft-lb per OEM specification
Leak & Flow Test: Repressurize without abrasive, confirm no leaks; then resume abrasive feed and verify unobstructed flow.
