3/8 High Pressure Tube Coil 304613 Good Quality High Pressure Waterjet Tube Parts

The OMAX part 304613 (also used in Techni/Tilt-A-Jet assemblies) is a 33.75″ coiled nipple made from 316 SS tubing (¼″ OD × 0.083″ ID) rated for 60 000 psi service. It’s employed in cantilevered scissor and Tilt-A-Jet cutting heads—primarily on OMAX models 2626, 2652, and 55100—to route abrasive feed lines without kinking.

Installation & Maintenance
Depressurize System: Fully isolate water and abrasive supplies.
Remove Old Coil: Unscrew fittings at both ends of the existing 33.75″ coil.
Inspect & Clean: Flush manifold ports to remove residual garnet or debris.
Install New Coil: Hand-thread 304613 into inlet/outlet; torque to 15–20 ft-lb per OEM specification.
Test Flow: Repressurize water only, check for leaks; then resume abrasive feed and verify unobstructed flow.
