The 1-13904-2-1-1 is a genuine .281 inch Cutting Head Assembly designed for waterjet cutting systems, featuring a single 3/8″ inlet and including the Standard Nozzle Nut.

Installation & Maintenance
Depressurize System: Fully isolate and relieve abrasive and hydraulic pressures.
Remove Old Assembly: Unscrew the existing cutting head assembly with an appropriate wrench.
Inspect Seals & Ports: Clean mating surfaces; replace any worn O-Rings.
Install New Assembly: Thread in the 1-13904-2-1-1 unit until hand-tight, then torque per manufacturer’s recommendation (typically 50–60 ft-lb).
Pressure Test: Bring system to low pressure, check for leaks, then ramp to full operating pressure while observing jet quality.
