The part 20412569 is an sapphire Orifice assembly with a 0.013 in (0.33 mm) internal diameter, designed for 60 000 psi (4 100 bar) Abrasive Waterjet cutting heads. Manufactured to OEM specifications, it ensures a fine kerf, excellent wear resistance, and extended tip life under high‐pressure abrasive service.

Installation & Maintenance
Shutdown & Depressurize: Isolate and relieve hydraulic and abrasive lines.
Disassemble Cutting Head: Remove the retaining nut and extract the old orifice assembly.
Inspect & Clean: Verify bore and seat surfaces; clean thoroughly.
Install New Orifice (20412569): Thread in by hand until seated, then torque per manufacturer’s specification.
Reassemble & Test: Replace head components, bring up to low pressure first, check jet alignment, and then ramp to full operating pressure
