Installation & Maintenance
Shutdown & Depressurize: Isolate the filter housing and relieve system oil pressure.
Open Housing: Use the appropriate spanner to remove the 20″ shell cap
Replace Element: Remove old 500-19-0052 filter and insert the new Polynet cartridge, ensuring proper seating.
Reassemble & Torque: Reinstall shell cap, torque per OEM spec for leak-free Seal.
Flush & Test: Slowly pressurize the system, flush until oil is clear, then resume normal operation.
Interval: Inspect filter differential pressure every 200 hours; replace element when ΔP exceeds manufacturer’s threshold
