How To Maintain The Water Jet Pump On A Daily Basis?

60000 Psi Pump Water/oil filtration

Regularly replace the 60000 Psi Water Pump water filter element (5μm) to prevent particles in the water from entering the high-pressure valve port.
Replace the hydraulic 90000 Psi Water Pump oil filter element (20μm) every 500 hours or half a year to prevent fine particles in the oil from affecting the sensitivity of the valve group.

90000 Psi Pump Seal replacement cycle

Booster For Water Pump Water side: plunger seal, valve seat, valve ball are generally replaced every 500 to 800 hours.
Booster Pump Oil side:seal ring, O-ring, oil scraper ring, etc. are replaced every 1,000 hours.

High Pressure Booster Pump Monitor pressure range and temperature

Maintain the High Pressure Water Jet Pump pressure in the high-pressure system within the recommended range (±5%). Too high will accelerate the fatigue of the valve seat, valve ball and pump body, and too low will reduce the cutting efficiency.

Observe whether the oil temperature Hydraulic Pumps (water temperature) is within the normal working range. If it exceeds the temperature, stop the machine immediately for cooling.
