Installation & Maintenance
Disassembly: Remove the integrated on/off valve body from the cutting head and unthread the gland nut to expose the valve stem
Seal Replacement: Slide off the old 302094 seal and backup O-ring. Inspect the stem and gland bore for nicks or wear.
Lubrication: Lightly coat the new seal and O-ring with compatible silicone grease to ease installation and prevent damage.
Reassembly: Install the seal onto the stem, replace the O-ring (if applicable), then reassemble the valve and torque the gland nut to OEM specifications.
Testing: Cycle the valve to ensure smooth operation and perform a seat test to confirm no leakage at maximum operating pressure.
