The Final Filter element P/N 304080-2 is the replaceable “last chance” filter cartridge with integrated O-Ring for cutting-head nozzles. It captures residual abrasive and debris to protect the diamond Orifice and Mixing Chamber, but due to the critical Sealing requirement it is not sold separately—instead it is included only as part of the complete filter assembly P/N 304351.

Installation & Maintenance
Installation:
Thread the filter cartridge into the nozzle body (5/8″-36 UNF) by hand.
Torque to the OEM-specified 150 in-lb (17 Nm) to ensure a leak-proof seal without over-stressing the O-ring.
Replacement Interval:
Change the filter element during each routine nozzle rebuild or whenever abrasive flow rate drops by more than 10 %.
Inspect for signs of clogging or O-ring wear and replace as needed to prevent nozzle damage.
