The AccuStream part 1-13144 is a Tube Clamp Pair designed to secure 3/8 inch OD ultra-high-pressure waterjet tubing. Sold in pairs, these polymer clamps prevent vibration and movement of high-pressure lines (rated up to 60 000 psi) against manifolds or support brackets.

Installation & Maintenance
Depressurize & Isolate: Ensure the tubing line is fully depressurized and the machine is shut down.
Position Clamps: Slide each clamp over the tubing to the desired mounting location, aligning the clamp’s mounting hole with the bracket or manifold hole.
Secure Fasteners: Use appropriate screws or bolts (not supplied) to fix the clamps; torque lightly (8–10 in-lb) to avoid over-compression.
Inspect Regularly: Every 200 operating hours, check clamps for cracks or deformation; replace if any compromise to clamp integrity is observed.
